Courses are available from <strong>the 2nd year<\/strong> onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Final-year students are also eligible to take clinical rotations at the <strong>Clinical Center University of Sarajevo<\/strong> in the following fields: <strong>Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Obstetrics, and Family Medicine<\/strong>. Clinical rotations are offered throughout the summer semester. Upon receiving the student\u2019s nomination, the faculty coordinator will evaluate the application form. A student\u2019s nomination can be&nbsp;accepted, asked to be&nbsp;modified&nbsp;or&nbsp;rejected&nbsp;with explained reasons. It depends on the selected subjects\/modules and their availability in the chosen semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to choose the courses?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Courses available for each academic year are posted at the following link:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/mf.unsa.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Available-courses.zip\">Available Courses<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is mandatory to email the list of desired courses in advance to help us organize the timetable and avoid overlaps. Erasmus students can combine courses from different years, but they must adhere to the nominated semester of the current academic year. Courses from the 4th and 5th years consist of both practical and theoretical components, all culminating in an obligatory final examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entering in B&amp;H<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citizens of&nbsp;<strong>EU countries<\/strong>&nbsp;do not require a visa to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;<strong>non-European citizens<\/strong>, a visa is required. Therefore, you must obtain a&nbsp;<strong>verified invitation letter<\/strong>&nbsp;to enter or stay in B&amp;H. This invitation letter is prepared by the University of Sarajevo &#8211; Faculty of Medicine and is confirmed by the Foreign Affairs Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students may stay in B&amp;H for varying lengths of time, so the necessary documents for a&nbsp;<strong>\u201cC\u201d or \u201cD\u201d visa<\/strong>&nbsp;will be prepared accordingly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u201cC\u201d visa \u2013 Issued for foreign students and staff staying in B&amp;H for less than 90 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cD\u201d visa \u2013 Issued for foreign students and staff who will be in B&amp;H for more than 90 days, up to 1 year. This is the most common type of visa required, as one semester exceeds three months.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please keep in mind that it\u2019s important to understand your visa status a few months in advance, as the preparation and gathering of documents can be bureaucratic and may take up to two months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unfortunately, the Faculty of Medicine does not offer dormitories, but you can find information about accommodation here:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/international.unsa.ba\/accommodation\/\">See accomodation<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-05632029db11419b895fe2527d27a9af\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1a227d3b84c94278683d4c12b7dc3ad8\">End of Mobility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of Mobility, students will receive the final Transcript of Records, set based on their signed Learning agreement and the examination records during their study exchange in Sarajevo. To begin, you must be officially nominated by your home institution. This nomination process is carried out via email by your home coordinator, who confirms that the staff member has been chosen for a teaching or training period at the University of Sarajevo &#8211; Faculty of Medicine.
