Enrolment in the first year, 2026\/2027 study year, of International Medical Degree Program at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Medicine, will be organised in the period from September 21 to September 25 2026, until 15:30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All admitted students (admitted for academic year 2026\/2027) are obliged to submit following documents to the Student Affairs Office:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Application enrollment form<\/u><\/strong> in which the study program is correctly indicated \u2013 it is printed from the eUNSA platform.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Three (3) photos<\/u><\/strong> (the passport size and style) – full name and surname (in capital letters) should be written on the back of one of the photos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Original transcript (of each secondary\/high school year) and secondary\/high school diploma and (international) state graduation exam diploma (originals of uploaded documents).<\/u><\/strong>
    <\/u><\/strong>a. For applicants who finished secondary\/high school education in Bosnia and Herzegovina:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00b7 Original transcript and secondary\/high school diploma\/(international) state graduation exam diploma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b. For applicants who obtained secondary\/high school education abroad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00b7 Original transcript and secondary\/high school diploma\/(international) state graduation exam diploma and a court translation of documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00b7 Certificate of nostrification\/equivalence<\/strong> issued by the Cantonal Ministry of Education and Youth OR a letter of confirmation<\/strong> issued by the Cantonal Ministry of Education and Youth confirming that the equivalence procedure is being in progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important note for the enrolment of applicants who obtained secondary\/high school education abroad:<\/strong> Applicants who obtained secondary\/high school education abroad must submit verified copy or original transcript and secondary\/high school diploma along with a certificate of nostrification\/equivalence issued by the Ministry of Education and Youth of Canton Sarajevo.<\/u><\/strong> If the process of diploma nostrification\/equivalence is not finished by the submission deadline, candidates should submit notarised translation of documents (a court translation). The certificate of recognition is the prerequisite for the enrolment in September. In some exceptional cases, the candidates can be conditionally enrolled into the first year even before the validation (nostrification) of their high school certificates or equivalency has been completed under condition that they present a document confirming that they have applied for validation or equivalence procedure, which is being in progress. The Ministry of Education and Youth of Canton Sarajevo are responsible for the procedure of secondary\/high school diploma nostrification\/equivalence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/a>5. Birth certificate (original birth certificate for nationals of Bosna and Herzegovina and a court translation for foreign applicants)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Citizenship certificate\/Passport copy<\/u><\/strong>
    <\/strong>a. Citizenship certificate (original certificate for nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina) or
    b. Passport copy or other legal document to verify citizenship (for foreign applicants)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Proof of English Language knowledge<\/u><\/strong>
    8. Proof of payments as follows: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a) Proof of payment of the tuition fee<\/u> \u2013first instalment in amount of<\/strong> 6,000.00 BAM<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> Tuition fee for the International Medical Degree Program is 12,000.00 BAM per each academic year. Tuition fee can be paid in full amount or in two equal instalments \u2013 before enrollment into the winter semester and before enrolment in the summer semester. Students will sign the Study Contract with the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Medicine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
