At Department of Anesthesia, Resuscitation, and Intensive Care provides both theoretical and practical instruction in the fields of anesthesiology, resuscitation, and intensive care. Emphasis is placed on perioperative care, management of acute and chronic pain, and treatment of critically ill patients. Special focus is given to modern approaches in anesthesia, contemporary resuscitation protocols, and principles of intensive care in both surgical and non-surgical conditions. Through its research activities, the academic staff contributes to the development of new therapeutic strategies, advancement of vital function monitoring methods, and optimization of patient care in intensive care units.
