At Department of Infectious Diseases students acquire knowledge and skills through both theoretical and practical instruction in the field of infectious diseases. The focus is on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases, including bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections. The academic staff of the Department also promotes research activities in the field of infectology.
