Department of Medical Physics and Biophysics

At Department of Medical Physics and Biophysics teaching is conducted to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental physical principles in the field of biomedical sciences, including the physical basis of medical devices, radiology, radiotherapy, and other healthcare technologies. The scientific research conducted within the Department focuses on biophysics, studying the interaction between physical and biological systems, as well as the application of physical principles and methods in medicine.
