VAŽNA OBAVIJEST ZA KANDIDATE KOJI SU PRIJAVILI POLAGANJE PRIJEMNOG ISPITA ZA UPIS NA STUDIJ MEDICINE AKADEMSKE 2025/2026. GODINE ZAKAZANOG ZA ČETVRTAK, 03. 07. 2025. GODINE

VAŽNA OBAVIJEST ZA KANDIDATE KOJI SU PRIJAVILI POLAGANJE PRIJEMNOG ISPITA ZA UPIS NA STUDIJ MEDICINE AKADEMSKE 2025/2026. GODINE ZAKAZANOG ZA ČETVRTAK, 03. 07. 2025. GODINE

KANDIDATI SU U OBAVEZI DOĆI U KRUG MEDICINSKOG FAKULTETA (ČEKALUŠA 90) NAJKASNIJE DO 8,30 sati, kada će biti organizirano uvedeni u prostore za polaganje ispita. Kandidatima će Komisije za provođenje ispita dati sve potrebne upute prije početka izrade testa.

POSEBNA NAPOMENA: Kandidati su dužni donijeti isprintani oID-broj koji dodijeljen kandidatima pri elektronskoj aplikaciji putem eUNSA sistema i ličnu kartu ili pasoš radi identifikacije. ZABRANJENO JE UPISIVANJE oID-BROJA NA TESTOVE!

Ispit će se održati u amfiteatrima i salama Medicinskog fakulteta (Čekaluša 90).

Raspored polaganja prijemnog ispita po amfiteatrima i salama bit će oglašen na web stranici Fakulteta i Oglasnoj ploči Fakulteta u srijedu, 02. 07. 2025. godine.

Prijemni ispit će trajati tri sata i trideset minuta.

NA PRIJEMNI ISPIT KANDIDATI SU DUŽNI PONIJETI:

  • ličnu kartu/pasoš
  • Isprintan oID broj

Kandidatima je na ispitu dozvoljena upotreba kalkulatora (ne na mobilnom telefonu). Pored kalkulatora, na prijemnom ispitu kandidatima je dozvoljeno da uz sebe imaju vodu.

Strogo se zabranjuje unošenje mobilnih telefona i druge komunikacijske opreme u amfiteatre/sale prilikom polaganja ispita. Kandidati kod kojih se nađu mobitel ili bilo kakav drugi vid komunikacijske opreme bit će odstranjeni sa ispita.

The Admission Commission will conduct structured interviews with candidates on Tuesday, 01 July 2025.

Interviews will be organized online or in person. Interviews will start at 11,00 CET. 

In person interviews will start at 11,00 CET, main Faculty Building (ground floor), Čekaluša 90.  

All candidates are required to bring a printed copy of the oID number, which is generated and printed from the eUNSA system during the electronic application process, along with a valid identification document (ID card or passport) for identification purposes.

Online interviews will be organized for candidates who are not in Sarajevo. Student Affairs Office will contact candidates and inform them about the exact time of the online interview.

Applications of Candidates who do not attend the interview will be rejected.

NA UNIVERZITETU U SARAJEVU – MEDICINSKOM FAKULTETU

PRVI PRIJAVNI ROK

U skladu sa Konkursom Univerziteta u Sarajevu za upis studenta u prvu godinu studija na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu u akademskoj 2025/2026. godini, objavljenim 09. 06. 2025. godine i Planom upisa Univerziteta u Sarajevu, Univerzitet u Sarajevu – Medicinski fakultet upisuje 80 redovnih studenata (čije troškove studija snosi osnivač) i 70 redovnih samofinansirajućih studenata u prvu godinu integriranog studija Medicina akademske 2025/2026. godine.

Terminološko korištenje muškog ili ženskog roda u ovom Konkursu podrazumijeva uključivanje oba roda.

Prijava kandidata na Konkurs za upis u prvu godinu integriranog studija provodi se isključivo online putem Informacionog sistema eUNSA i web stranice upisi.unsa.ba

PRVI PRIJAVNI ROK:

  • Od 09. 06. do 27. 06. 2025. godine za fakultete/akademije gdje je predviđeno polaganje prijemnog ispita.

Prijavni rok se zatvara 27. 06. 2025. godine u 16,00 sati.

Svaki kandidat koji putem informacionog sistema eUNSA izvrši prijavu za upis na fakultet na kojem se polaže prijemni ispit obavezan je polagati prijemni ispit, u protivnom njegova prijava neće biti razmatrana.

Prijemni ispit na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu – Medicinskom fakultetu održat će se u četvrtak, 03. jula 2025. godine sa početkom u 08,00 sati u amfiteatrima Medicinskog fakulteta. Tačan raspored polaganja po amfiteatrima bit će naknadno objavljen.

DOKUMENTI POTREBNI ZA ONLINE PRIJAVU NA KONKURS

Podaci o kandidatima koji su srednju školu završili u Kantonu Sarajevo prilikom registracije povezuju se sa podacima u sistemu EMIS, te su dužni uploadovati Uvjerenje o državljanstvu i Izvod iz matične knjige rođenih.

Kandidati koji su završili srednju školu po međunarodnim programima u Kantonu Sarajevo dužni su skenirati i uploadovati dokumente koji se ne nalaze u sistemu EMIS.

Kandidati koji su srednju školu završili izvan Kantona Sarajevo, kao i kandidati koji su završili srednju školu u Kantonu Sarajevo a ne nalaze se u sistemu EMIS, dužni su skenirati i uploadovati slijedeće originalne dokumente:

  • Svjedočanstva o završenim razredima srednje škole završene u BiH u četverogodišnjem trajanju, odnosno odgovarajuće priznate (nostrificirane) dokumente za kandidate koji srednju školu nisu završili u BiH.
    Napomena: Ukoliko su dokumenti u postupku ekvivalencije, prilaže se potvrda kao dokaz da je postupak ekvivalencije/nostrifikacije u toku. Dokumenti izdati na stranom jeziku se prilažu prevedeni i od strane sudskog tumača ovjereni. Ovi kandidati mogu predati dokumente, sa obavezom da rješenje o ekvivalenciji predaju prije upisa na Fakultet. U skladu sa Pravilnikom o nostrifikaciji inostranih obrazovnih isprava u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (Službene novine Kantona Sarajevo, broj: 20/19 i 23/21), nostrifikacija obrazovnih isprava pokreće se podnošenjem zahtjeva Ministarstvu za odgoj i obrazovanje Kantona Sarajevo na predviđenom obrascu.  

Ukoliko su kandidati sa završenom srednjom školom po međunarodnim programima koji su odobreni od nadležnog ministarstva, a čiji rezultati eksterne provjere znanja se objavljuju u avgustu ili septembru, kandidat prilaže predviđene ocjene (forecast grades) koje daju predmetni profesori, uz obavezu dostavljanja certifikata i /ili diplome prije početka studijske godine.

Strani državljani: dokaz o poznavanju b/h/s jezika, sa izuzetkom stranih državljana iz država nastalih nakon raspada SFRJ.   

  • Diplomu o završenoj srednjoj školi

  • Druge dokumente relevantne za utvrđivanje broja bodova po kriterijima utvrđenim u Konkursu Univerziteta u Sarajevu za upis u akademsku 2025/2026. godinu, kao i dokumente relevantne za dokazivanje statusa pripadnosti kategoriji djece šehida i poginulih boraca, djece ratnih vojnih invalida, djece dobitnika ratnih priznanja i odlikovanja i djece bez oba roditelja, dokumente kojima se dokazuje stopostotni invaliditet.
  • Kandidati koji pripadaju posebnim kategorijama iz Kantona Sarajevo, pored dokaza o pripadanju posebnoj kategoriji dužni su uploadovati dokaz o prijavljenom prebivalištu u Kantonu Sarajevo – CIPS potvrda.

Napomena: Svaki kandidat koji putem web stranice upisi.unsa.baizvrši prijavu za upis, obavezan je kroz sistem dodati uplatnicu za polaganje prijemnog ispita; u protivnom njegova prijava neće biti razmatrana.

U toku jednog prijavnog roka kandidatima će biti omogućena najmanje tri reizbora fakulteta/odsjeka/smjera, a o čemu će biti obaviješteni na početnoj stranici Informacionog sistema eUNSA.

Prijave podnesene putem informacionog sistema eUNSA poslije roka utvrđenog Konkursom kao i nepotpune prijave, neće se uzimati u razmatranje.

Nakon održavanja prijemnog ispita svi kandidati će dobiti kopiju svog urađenog testa.

Preliminarna rang lista kandidata (pod šifrom koju su kandidati dobili prilikom registracije, bez navođenja ličnih podataka), objavit će se putem informacionog sistema eUNSA kao i na web stranici i oglasnoj ploči Fakulteta u ponedjeljak, 07. 07. 2025. godine, od kada počinje teći žalbeni rok.

Kandidati, koji imaju prigovor na bodovanje svoga testa, mogu izjaviti žalbu u pisanoj formi, isključivo putem Protokola Fakulteta, navodeći tačno na šta se žalba odnosi, nakon objave Preliminarne rang liste (do srijede, 09. 07. 2025. do 15,30h). Komisija za žalbe razmatrat će pristigle žalbe u četvrtak, 10. 07. 2025. godine u 10,00 sati, kada i kandidati koji su izjavili žalbu trebaju biti lično prisutni (sa duplikatom svog urađenog testa).

Konačna rang lista kandidata (pod šifrom koju su kandidati dobili prilikom registracije, bez navođenja ličnih podataka), objavit će se putem informacionog sistema eUNSA kao i na web stranici i oglasnoj ploči Fakulteta u ponedjeljak, 14. 07. 2025. godine.

U roku od pet (5) radnih dana od dana objave konačne rang liste kandidat koji je ostvario pravo na upis je obavezan dostaviti originale uploadovanih dokumenata Fakultetu i izvršiti upisu suprotnom smatra se da je odustao od upisa na studijski program za koji je aplicirao.

Prilikom bodovanja kandidata u cjelosti će se provoditi Odluka Univerziteta u Sarajevu o kriterijima i mjerilima za utvrđivanje redoslijeda prijema kandidata za upis u prvu godinu studija na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu u akademskoj 2025/2026. godini.

Prijemni ispit sastoji se iz testa iz oblasti Biologija, Hemija i Fizika.

A candidate passes the entrance exam if they achieve at least 50% of the total points, and no less than 40% in any individual subject. Otherwise, the candidate is considered not to have passed.

/1/  Način bodovanja po osnovu općeg uspjeha određen je Odlukom o kriterijima i mjerilima za utvrđivanje redoslijeda prijema kandidata za upis u prvu godinu studija na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu u studijskoj 2025/2026. godini. Utvrđuje se na način da se prosjek ocjena iz svih predmeta promnoži sa 4 i zaokruži na dvije decimale (saberu se ocjene, podijele sa brojem predmeta i pomnoži sa 4).

Maksimalan broj bodova: 20

/2/ Način bodovanja po osnovu uspjeha iz značajnih predmeta za odgovarajući studijski program utvrđuje se tako da se prosječna ocjena iz grupe ovih predmeta zaokruži na dvije decimale i pomnoži sa 8.

Maksimalan broj bodova: 40

/3/ Način bodovanja po osnovu uspjeha postignutnog na prijemnom ispitu određen je Odlukom o kriterijima i mjerilima za utvrđivanje redoslijeda prijema kandidata za upis u prvu godinu studija na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu u studijskoj 2025/2026. godini.

Spisak predmeta značajnih za studij medicine iz kojih se polaže prijemni ispit

  • Biologija
  • Fizika
  • Hemija

Maksimalan ukupan broj bodova:  40

/4 i 5/ Vrednovanje rezultata ostvarenih na takmičenjima iz predmeta relevantnih za studij i vrednovanje ODLIČNOG (5,0) USPJEHA IZ SVIH NASTAVNIH PREDMETA I PRIMJERENOG VLADANJA U TOKU CJELOKUPNOG SREDNJOŠKOLSKOG OBRAZOVANJA“, određen je Odlukom o kriterijima i mjerilima za utvrđivanje redoslijeda prijema kandidata za upis u prvu godinu studija na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu u akademskoj 2025/2026. godini.

Kandidatima sa završenom srednjom školom u četvorogodišnjem trajanju po međunarodnim programima odobrenim od strane nadležnog ministarstva i koji su polagali (međunarodnu) eksternu maturu iz predmeta od značaja za studij u završnom razdredu srednje škole dodjeljuju se dodatni bodovi za uspjeh na eksternoj maturi za svaki pojedinačni predmet po slijedećoj šemi:

  • Ocjena A* ili A –  3 boda
  • Ocjena B – 2 boda
  • Ocjena C  – 1 bod

Kandidate sa završenom srednjom školom po međunarodnim programima odobrenim od strane nadležnog ministarstva, a čiji se rezultati (međunarodne) eksterne provjere znanja objavljuju u avgustu ili septembru, organizaciona jedinica je dužna uključiti u postupak za upis i prije izdavanja dokaza o položenim ispitima eksterne provjere znanja.

Bodovanje uspjeha ovih kandidata se vrši na osnovu predviđenih ocjena (forecast grades) koji daju predmetni profesori, uz obavezu dostavljanja certifikata i/ili diplome prije početka studijske godine.

Ekvivalencija ocjena za kandidate sa završenim IB programom vršit će se u skladu sa Instrukcijom Ministarstva za obrazovanje, nauku i  mlade Kantona Sarajevo.

Kandidati koji su srednju školu završili izvan Bosne i Hercegovine imaju pravo učešća na Konkursu i prije izvršenog priznavanja, odnosno ekvivalencije svjedočanstva o završenom srednjoškolskom obrazovanju u inostranstvu. Kandidatima kojima nije završen postupak ekvivalencije dužni su da prilože potvrdu o pokrenutom postupku ekvivalencije. Kandidat može uslovno upisati prvu studijsku godinu prije izvršene ekvivalencije svjedočanstva.

Ukoliko ostane upražnjenih mjesta nakon upisa u prvom prijavnom roku kandidati se mogu prijaviti na drugom prijavnom roku. U skladu sa odlukom Vijeća kandidatima se uvažava položen prijemni ispit na prvom upisnom roku.

In accordance with the University of Sarajevo Call for Competitions (Competitions for the enrollment in the first study year at the University of Sarajevo in the 2025/2026 academic year) announced on 09 June 2025, University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Medicine admits 30 students into the first year of the International Medical Degree Program in the academic year 2025/2026.

Application period for the enrolment into the first year will be opened from 09 June to 27 June 2025.

Closing date for applications is 27 June 2025, at 16:00 CET.

All prospective candidates are obliged to submit (scan and upload) following documents:

  • Original transcript (of each secondary/high school year) and secondary/high school diploma and (international) state graduation exam diploma.
  • For applicants who finished secondary/high school education in Bosnia and Herzegovina:
    • Original transcript and secondary/high school diploma/(international) state graduation exam diploma.
  • For applicants who obtained secondary/high school education abroad:
    • Original transcript and secondary/high school diploma/(international) state graduation exam diploma and a court translation of documents.
    • Certificate of nostrification/equivalence issued by the Cantonal Ministry of Education and Science OR a letter of confirmation issued by the Cantonal Ministry of Education confirming that they have applied for validation or equivalence procedure, which is being in progress.  

Important note for the enrolment of applicants who obtained secondary/high school education abroad: Applicants who obtained secondary/high school education abroad must submit verified copy or original transcript and secondary/high school diploma along with a certificate of nostrification/equivalence issued by the Cantonal Ministry of Education and Science. If the process of diploma nostrification/equivalence is not finished by the submission deadline, candidates should submit notarised translation of documents (a court translation). The certificate of recognition is the prerequisite for the enrolment. In some exceptional cases, the candidates can be conditionally enrolled into the first year even before the validation (nostrification) of their high school certificates or equivalency has been completed under condition that they present a document confirming that they have applied for validation or equivalence procedure, which is being in progress.

In accordance to the Rulebook on the equivalence/nostrification of the foreign school certificates and diplomas (Official Gazette number: 20/19, 23/21), the Ministry of Education Canton Sarajevo is responsible for the procedure of secondary/high school diploma nostrification/equivalence.

  • Birth certificate (and a court translation for foreign applicants)
  • Citizenship certificate/Passport copy
  • Citizenship certificate (original certificate for nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina) or
  • Passport copy or other legal document to verify citizenship (for foreign applicants)
  • Proof of English language knowledge (Proof of an internationally recognised English language proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English Qualifications/CEA) or certificates issued by official language school. Certificates of English language proficiency issued by a secondary/high school are also accepted. Candidates, who passed (international) state graduation exam, with English language grades A*, A, B and C are not obliged to take an additional language proficiency test.

Note: Every candidate who applies for admission through the website upisi.unsa.ba is required to upload the payment slip (proof of payment of the application fee) through the system; otherwise, their application will not be considered.

Incomplete and late applications (submitted after the closing date) will not be considered.

The preliminary and final rank list will be released in online mode. The candidates will have to use their ID numbers (a code received after registration to eUNSA) in order to check the rank list.

Preliminary rank list of enrolled candidates will be announced latest by Monday, 07 July 2025 on the Faculty Announcement Board (Main Faculty Building, Čekaluša 90, Sarajevo, B&H) and eUNSA and the Faculty web site link www.mf.unsa.ba

Candidates who wish to file a complaint regarding the rank list can do so by Wednesday, 09 July 2025 (until 15.30 CET).

All complaints should be submitted to the Faculty Protocol Office. Appeal Commission will commence reviewing the rank list on Thursday, 10 July 2025 at 9,00 CET, when all candidates who appealed, should be present in person.

Final rank list of admitted candidates will be announced on Monday, 14 July 2025 on the Faculty Announcement Board (Main Faculty Building, Čekaluša 90, Sarajevo, B&H) and eUNSA and the Faculty web site link www.mf.unsa.ba. ID numbers (a code received after registration to eUNSA) will be used instead of names and personal data in the Final rank list.

All candidates who have deemed the right of admission (conditional or unconditional offer of admission) are obliged to submit the original documents for the enrolment or in case of conditional admission to confirm the admission offer (if the verification of secondary/high school documents has not been finished by the Cantonal Ministry of Education). Otherwise, the application would be considered as withdrawn.

Second Call for Applications will be announced if the sufficient number of candidates do not satisfy entrance criteria, in the period from 25 August to 05 September 2025.

Ranking of candidates will be based on criteria defined by the UNSA Decision for academic year 2025/2026 (link: https://www.unsa.ba/konkursi/konkurs-za-upis-studenata-na-univerzitet-u-sarajevu-u-akademskoj-20252026-godini , as follows:

  • Secondary/high school achievement (overall average over the all four years of the secondary/high school education)
  • Achievements in following subjects (subjects relevant for the study programme): Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English language
  • Achievements in secondary/high school competitions (awards, prizes, etc.)  in following subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English language
  • Candidates with overall average grade 5.00, or equivalent award for candidates who finished secondary/high school education abroad and exemplary record of conduct,
  • State graduation exam results (for international programs),
  • Other ranking criteria as defined by the UNSA Decision,
  • Interview with candidates.

/1/ scoring of overall secondary school achievement will be calculated according the following formula: the average grade of all subjects for all four years of secondary/high school education is rounded to two decimal places and multiplied by 4. 

Maximum points: 20

/2/ scoring of achievements in subjects relevant for the study programme (Biology, Physics Chemistry, and English language) will be calculated according the following formula: the average grade in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English language (throughout the four years of secondary/high school education) is rounded to two decimal places and multiplied by 8. 

Maximum points: 40

/3/ scoring of achievements in secondary school competitions (awards, prizes, etc.) in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English language: students with these prizes will be awarded as follows:

for local level competitions (e.g. municipal, city level) 1st place  – 2 points, 2nd place  – 1 point, 3rd place – 0,5 points;

for cantonal level competitions  (regional level within the country)1st place  – 3 points, 2nd place  – 2 points, 3rd place – 1 point;

for entity/state level competitions (state, county, province level) 1st place  – 4 points, 2nd place  – 3 points, 3rd place – 2 points;

for international level competitions 1st place  – 5 points, 2nd place  – 4 points, 3rd place – 3 points. 

For candidates who finished secondary/high school education abroad, the Admission Commission will  express scores as points based on which they are ranked in the home country (in the school they have completed).

/4/ scoring candidates with overall average grade 5.00 and exemplary record of conduct, or equivalent award for candidates who finished secondary/high school education abroad: students with special prizes will be awarded 5 points.  

/5/ candidates who finished a four-year secondary/high school in accordance to international programs approved by the resource Ministry and who passed (international) state graduation exam will be awarded with additional points for each subject relevant for the study program (Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English language), as follows:

Grade A* or A – 3 points,

Grade B – 2 points, and

Grade C – 1 point.

Candidates with English language grades A*, A, B and C are not obliged to take an additional language proficiency test.

/6/ The forecast grades will be scored in case of realising a state graduation exam results during the August or September. The candidates are obliged to submit a final certificate and/or state graduation exam diploma prior to the beginning of the study year.

Equivalence of the IB program grades will be in accordance with the Decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Sarajevo Canton.

/7/ The Admission Commission will conduct structured interviews with candidates. Structured interviews will cover four areas for evaluation of candidates: English Language level, Communication Skills, Motivation and General Impression. Each area will be scored on a 10 point scale.

Minimum points for each area of the interview: 6 points

Maximum overall points: 40

Interviews will be organized online or in person. Student Affairs Office will contact candidates and inform about the exact time of the interview.

Applications of Candidates who do not attend the online interview will be rejected.

Enrollment in the First Year of the Integrated Medical Studies Program at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Medicine

Enrollment in the first year of the Integrated Medical Studies Program is conducted based on the University of Sarajevo’s Call for Applications for admission to the first year of studies for the current academic year.

Applications for admission to the first year of the integrated program are submitted exclusively online via the eUNSA Information System and the website

The websites of the University of Sarajevo and the eUNSA information system contain all relevant information and detailed instructions on how to register in the eUNSA system, as well as the procedures and deadlines for uploading documents for the online application. www.upis.unsa.ba

Interested candidates must take an entrance exam, which is eliminatory. The exam consists of a test in the subjects of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

A candidate passes the entrance exam if they achieve at least 50% of the total points, and no less than 40% in any individual subject. Otherwise, the candidate is considered not to have passed.

Scoring and ranking of candidates are conducted based on the Decision of the University of Sarajevo regarding the criteria and measures for determining the order of admission to the first year of studies for the current academic year.

Enrollment in the First Year of the Integrated Medical Studies Program at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Medicine

Candidate data for those who completed secondary school in Canton Sarajevo will be automatically linked with the EMIS system during registration. Candidates who completed secondary school through international programs in Canton Sarajevo are required to scan and upload documents that are not available in the EMIS system.

Required documents for upload to the eUNSAupisi platform:

  • Transcripts for all four years of secondary school completed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or officially recognized (nostrified) documents for candidates who completed secondary school outside of BiH. Note: If the documents are in the process of equivalency recognition, a confirmation must be submitted as proof that the process is ongoing. Documents issued in a foreign language must be submitted with a certified translation by a court-appointed translator. These candidates may submit documents with the obligation to provide the equivalency decision before enrollment at the Faculty.In accordance with the Rulebook on the Recognition of Foreign Educational Documents for Primary and Secondary Education (Official Gazette of Canton Sarajevo, No. 20/19 and 23/21), the recognition process is initiated by submitting a request to the Ministry of Education of Canton Sarajevo using the prescribed form. If candidates have completed secondary school through international programs approved by the competent ministry, and the results of external knowledge assessment are published in August or September, the candidate must submit forecast grades provided by subject teachers, with the obligation to submit the certificate and/or diploma before the beginning of the academic year. Foreign nationals: Proof of proficiency in the Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian language is required, except for foreign nationals from countries that emerged after the breakup of the former Yugoslavia.   

  • Secondary school diploma (Certified translation for documents issued in a foreign language)
  • Birth certificate (Certified translation for documents issued in a foreign language)
  • Certificate of citizenship (Certified translation for documents issued in a foreign language)
  • Other documents relevant for determining the number of points based on the criteria set in the University of Sarajevo’s Call for Applications, as well as documents proving status in the categories of children of martyrs and fallen soldiers, children of war veterans with disabilities, children of recipients of war honors and decorations, and orphans, and documents proving 100% disability.
  • Candidates belonging to special categories from Canton Sarajevo must also upload proof of registered residence in Canton Sarajevo – CIPS certificate.
  • Foreign nationals: Proof of proficiency in the Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian language
  • Payment slip for the amount of 100.00 BAM – material costs of the entrance exam       

The Preliminary Ranking List and the Final Ranking List of candidates (under the code received during registration, without disclosing personal data) will be published through the eUNSA information system.

Candidates who wish to appeal the scoring of their test may submit a written complaint exclusively through the Faculty Protocol, during the officially announced working hours of the Commission. The complaint must clearly state the specific reason for the appeal. After the publication of the Preliminary Ranking List, candidates who have submitted an appeal must be present in person (with a duplicate of their completed test).
